LONDON — Prime Minister David Cameron's office says he plans to discuss the eurozone financial crisis and the violence in Syria in talks with France's new president.

Francois Hollande is visiting London on Tuesday for his first talks in Britain since winning the French presidency in May.

Hollande will also meet with Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace.

Cameron’s office said the leaders will discuss “the economy, the situation in the eurozone (and) a number of foreign policy issues.”

The pair previously met in Washington in May on the sidelines of a G-8 summit.
