You are right.

There are numerous historical ties between the Ukrainian Kossacks and the Georgians.

They kept phone lines open for hundreds of years and calling up to check how the buddies were doing.

This is quite the spectacle in real life. I walked out of a meeting just a block up from Kreshatyk on Ind. Day about 5 years ago and WOAH, it was madness. I loved it. We need parades like this in America.
