Sevastopol really a flashpoint?

Russian flags outnumber Ukrainian flags in downtown Sevastopol. The Russian majority city of Sevastopol in Ukraine's autonomous Crimea peninsula has become known as the next possible "flashpoint" after Russia's invasion of Georgia last August. Home to Russia's Black Sea Fleet Sevastopol's majority Russian population is largely loyal to Moscow and some even express a desire for Crimea to rejoin with Russia. Amid rumors that Russian passports are being handed out, Moscow openly has been carrying out construction and funding NGOs to promote Russian culture. (Photo by Justin Vela)
