In Slavutych, Lira Barbash is sixteen months old and entranced by feeding pigeons.
Michael Forster Rothbart is a freelance photographer working mostly in Wisconsin, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. He is the creator of the After Chernobyl documentary project. His photographs of modern-day Chernobyl and the surrounding area are currently exhibited in Shevchenko Park, Kyiv. The exhibition is on until May 8, 2009.
