The Playboy magazine presented Playmate of the Year 2008 at a grand bash on Oct. 1 in Kyiv.

Model Yevgeniya Diordiychuk has dreamed of receiving the title for four years, and this year her dream came true. She has featured in Playboy three times already. Choosing the Playmate of the Year has been the magazine’s tradition for decades. Marilyn Monroe, Pamela Andersen, Anna Nicole Smith and other famous beauties were Playmates of the Year in their time. Often, featuring on the cover of this magazine in this role has helped girls launch careers in show business.
