Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko campaigned on Dec. 18 before a group of leading Western and Ukrainian scholars gathered in the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Kyiv. The symposium, entitled “Ukraine in 2010-2020,” was organized by the Ukrainian Center for Global and National Strategy.
