This is probably one of the most anticipated musical events of the year.

The legendary US funk rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers is finally coming to Ukraine to present their latest album called “I’m with you”. Released in 2011, this 14-song record is an explosive mixture of psychedelic disco, funk rock compositions and nursery rhyme rap.

This will be the band’s first ever show in Ukraine. The news about their visit appeared in October 2011 when a Ukrainian fan asked the band’s bass player Michael ‘Flea’ Balzary in Twitter if they are going to come to Kyiv. “Yeah, we’ll come to Kyiv. Excited and happy”, he responded.

The concert will take place at the recently reconstructed Olympic stadium, the main arena of Euro 2012. British rock bands Kassabian and The Vaccines will warm up the crowd for the famous Californians.
