French Jazz

A French band Benjamin Faugloire Project is coming to Ukraine again after the last year’s show.The three members of the band deliver music with the help of piano, drums and double bass. The history of the band goes back to 2006. By now the band released two studio albums, highly praised by critiques.

Chelsea Grin

First time in Ukraine, the band Chelsea Grin is coming to surprise. The American deathcore band was founded in 2007. By 2014 Chelsea Grin released two EPs and two albums. The repertoire includes songs with particular strong lyrics that add to the music, making it sound very ominous and sometimes even sinister. The set list will include the old hits and some new songs from the upcoming album “Ashes to Ashes”.

Patrick Wolf

Starting in 2002, Patrick Wolf singer released six studio albums, participated in numerous festivals and built a strong fan base, often called the Wolfpack. Apart from singing, Wolf plays numerous instruments, mainly using ukulele, viola and piano during his shows. Wolf writes and performs music in the exotic genres of Indietronica, folktronica, alternative rock and baroque pop.

British Theater

For the sake of those who dreamt about going to London and enjoying a performance at West End, the West End came to Kyiv. Video versions of the major British theater productions are going to be screened in Kyiv. The list of shows includes “Richard II” by Royal Shakespeare Company, “Twelfth Night” by the Globe Theater, two versions of “Frankenstein” by the Royal National Theater, “Coriolanus” by the Danmar Warehouse and more. All of the shows are screened in English with Ukrainian subtitles.

Australian Alternative Rock

An Australian rock band Sick Puppies is bringing its new show to Kyiv. The band’s last album “Connect” has made it straight to the 17th position in the Billboard Chart. Sick Puppies has released four studio albums and numerous music videos. For Ukrainian fans the band promises a fusion of their old hits and songs from the new album.

The Hobbit

A 2012 fantasy hit “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey” is screening this weekend at Master Class. The movie tells a story of a hobbit Bilbo Baggins traveling with a squad of dwarfs and a magician named Gandalf in a quest to get the treasures guarded by a dragon. The movie is based on the 1937 novel by John Ronald Reuel Tolkien. The film was a nominee at the 2012 Academy Awards and received a nomination at the BAFTA Awards. The picture is screened in English with English subtitles.
