Coriolanus'

The theatrical recordings screened as part of the British Theater in Movies program have got so popular in Kyiv that the tickets have to be bought weeks, sometimes months in advance. William Shakespeare's tragedy "Coriolanus" staged by Donmar Warehouse, with Tom Hiddleston playing the main role, is one of the most popular recordings, being screened again and again to packed cinemas.

Mad Professor (dub, reggae)

The fans of dub and reggae music call Mad Professor, aka Neil Fraser, a legend of electronic music. The singer from Guyana will perform in Kyiv for the first time.

Los Colorados

This folk rock band from Ternopil performs original music but became famous for releasing funny, sometimes intentionally dorky cover versions of famous songs. Their version of Katy Perry’s hit “Hot’n’Cold” was featured in The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Mgzavrebi

Mgzavrebi, one of the most popular modern bands in Georgia, is set to perform in Kyiv. Most of the songs of this rock and folk band are in Georgian, but several numbers are in Russian and Ukrainian.

Skryabin

One of Ukraine’s oldest and most famous bands, Skryabin, will perform a collection of their best songs in a tribute to Andriy Kuzmenko, aka Kuzma, the band’s front man who died in a car accident in February.
