Weekend in Opera Festival
Opera stars of Paris and Vienna pay a virtual visit to Kyiv via the silver screen at Kyiv Cinema. Spectators are treated to masterfully recorded performances of The Nutcracker by the Vienna Opera Orchestra, Staatsballett and Carmen by the Paris Opera Theater, and The Magic Flute by the Vienna Symphonic Orchestra.

Avant-garde Multimedia Art Exhibition
The A Gallery heads to a local shopping mall to launch a multimedia event, where instead of displaying actual pictures, the gallery will digitally projection 200 of the best avant-garde works, accompanied by music and light effects, on a 200-meter long wall.

Dynamo Kyiv vs. Aalborg Denmark

Modern Film of Hungary Festival
Winners of the Modern Film of Hungary Festival will be screened in Kyiv Cinema. “The Thick Notebook”, the 2013 Oscar nominee for Best Foreign Language Film and winner of the Crystal Globe award at the 48th International Film Festival in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic, opens the festival.

Bodybuilding, Fitness and Athletics Championship
The World Bodybuilding & Physique Athletics Federation is staging a championship in bodybuilding, fitness, and athletics for professionals and amateurs. The program includes Fitness Bikini and Body Fitness categories, professional bodybuilders and amateur-athletes, and a pole dance show. Sport nutrition, equipment, and clothing are on sale.

Street Food Festival
This monthly event has a twist, with food vendors and startups from Lviv, Odesa and Dnipropetrovsk invited to join their Kyivan brethren. Master classes and contests are on offer, with the main prize being a gastronomic tour for two to Cyprus.

Everlast Concert
Writer of Grammy-winning single “Put Your Lights On” and platinum album Eat at Whitey’s (2000), rap star Eric Shrodi, known under his stage name Everlast, performs in Kyiv for the first time.
