 German Film Festival

This year's film festival supported by the Goethe Institute and German Embassy marks its 20th anniversary in Ukraine. Six films are screening: "Beloved Sisters" (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), "Other Motherland" (France, Germany), "The Salt of the Earth" (Brazil, Italy, France), "Superego" (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), "Exit Marrakech" (Germany), and "Dark Valley" (Austria, Germany).

UK education exhibition

Studying in the United Kingdom is not an impossible dream. This annual event showcases British universities, colleges and language schools. The European Education for a new Ukraine conference takes place at the event.

Space Photo Exhibition

Unbelievable pictures from space, and more, are on display for the first time in Ukraine. Featuring are photos shot by amateur space researchers, unique 3D models of the solar system’s planets and rare collections from Ukrainian astronomy museums. Tasting food and wine

This two-day festival offers a sampling of the finest of Ukrainian and foreign-produced wines. To accompany the drinks, fine specialties like seafood, escargot, and cheese are on offer.

Chamber Art Music Festival

Classical music lovers can enjoy the works of Dmitriy Shostakovych, Benjamin Britten, Niccolo Paganini, Antonio Vivaldi, Pyotr Chaykovskiy and other great composers. Dmitriy Yablonskiy, the world-famous U.S.-Israel based conductor, leads the performance of the Kyiv Soloists, the National Chamber Music Ensemble.

Ukrainian Cossack Day

This event in Mamayeva Sloboda Park near Kyiv promises to be a fun and spectacular celebration of Cossack culture. The event features Cossack folklore music and dance performances, as well as various games, sport competitions and amateur theatrical performances. Bow shooting, horseback riding and tasting of Cossack meat soup are also on the program.
