Outstanding ballet dancers from Japan, Russia, Berlin and other world operas will grace Kyiv in the course of just one night.

In the first act, Japanese prima-ballerina Sinobu Takita will perform in a ballet “Lady and the Hooligan” composed by Dmitry Shostakovich.

In the second act, she will be joined by other prominent ballet dancers from Russian Bolshoi and Mariinski theaters, Tokio Ballet, Berlin Opera, among others in episodes from “Swan Lake,” “Scheherazade” and “Don Quixote” to name a few.

Sponsors pledged to donate all proceeds from the concert to help the victims of the earthquake in Japan.
