On Oct. 21, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk inspected a military base in Lviv Oblast and found out that the soldiers had received new warm clothes only on the eve of his visit.
“I should inspect all the bases. Then the soldiers will get the proper uniforms,” Yatsenuyk said later.
