At a meeting with local civilians, Aleksey Mozhovoy, one of the military leaders of the separatists ‘Luhansk People’s Republic, said he would order his people to arrest women found in the cafes of Luhansk.
A woman, according to him, should be at home with her family and not spending time in the cafes “like a prostitute.”
