Several Western tabloids wrote in November that Russian lawmaker Elena Mizulina allegedly proposed during a political round table debate to send the sperm of President Vladimir Putin to single women of Russia in order to raise a new “military and political elite.”
There was no confirmation that Mizulina actually made such proposal, but dozens of online newspapers took it at face value.
