On Dec. 31, 2014, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that bans some categories of people from driving a vehicle.
The list includes people under 150 centimeters height, and people with
the “disorders of sexual behavior and identity” – a definition that in
Russia could apply homosexuals, transsexuals and transgenders.
