On Feb. 16, an employment ad was posted online seeking a chief accountant for a retailer of Ukrainian mobile phones and gadgets.
The job was in Donetsk and the candidates were required to be
familiar with legislation of the separatist Donetsk People’s Republic
and Luhansk People’s Republic. The ad was quickly removed, and the
company called it a provocation. The ad was posted from the company’s
verified account at an employment website.
