A year after Viktor Yanukovych lost his presidency and fled to Russia, he keeps emerging in TV interviews, saying he is the legitimate leader of Ukraine.
His last TV appearance in Russia took place on the anniversary of the mass shooting of protesters in Kyiv on Feb. 20.
