Vitaliy Zakharchenko, a former interior minister who fled Ukraine with ex-President Viktor Yanukovych is wanted in Ukraine on suspicion of mass murder and embezzlement.
But he has found a new job as an expert hired by the Russian parliament.
He will contribute to developing legislation to protect the interests
of Russian investors abroad.
