On Aug. 30, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said that a police officer was arrested in Odesa when he solicited a Hr 1,200 bribe from a street vendor.
Avakov was amused at the fact that the officer’s last name was Putin. “Putin is arrested!” he wrote on Facebook.
