Following the terror attacks that killed 129 people in Paris on Nov. 13, French President Francois Hollande announced he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin to fight terrorists in Syria.
In Ukraine, Putin is considered terrorist No. 1 for his war that has killed 8,000 people.
