Oleksandr Petrsovskyi applied for a top management position in Ukrposhta, Ukraine’s postal service, in an open competition.
He had sufficient experience working abroad for DHL. However, he wasn’t
allowed to compete because he didn’t provide a document that verified
he was never convicted of a crime.
