SEVASTOPOL, October 19 (RIA Novosti) - The head of an international children's recreation center in Ukraine's Crimea has been hospitalized over heart problems following accusations that minors had been sexually assaulted in the camp, his spokeswoman said. Lyudmila Lozovaya told the Ukrainskaya Pravda online edition that Boris Novozhilov had already "suffered a heart attack and two acute heart seizures" over the past three years.

"Holocaust by Bullets" refers to when more than two million Jews from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus were systematically gunned down, starved or killed by disease between 1941 and 1944. The victims were buried in unmarked graves as part of the opening phase of the Nazi's Final Solution in Eastern Europe. Most of the victims were Jews and Roma/Gypsies.

It is reported that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has lent Noble Resources Ukraine LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Noble Group Limited leading global supply chain manager in agricultural and other commodities. The loan agreement was signed by the sides on October 13th 2009.

It is reported that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development now believes Ukraine GDP will shrink 14% in 2009 compared with its earlier forecast for a 10% contraction. However, the bank now believes Ukraine GDP will grow 3% in 2010 compared with its forecast for zero growth previously.
