APESHAWAR, Pakistan - A suspected U.S. drone aircraft missile killed 10 people on Saturday after striking the house of a Taliban commander in Pakistan's tribal region of Bajaur, a government official said.

"The missile hit home of Maulvi Faqir and we have reports of ten dead," Abdul Malik, an official in the region, told Reuters by telephone.

Ukraine to change to winter time on Oct. 25 Ukraine will change to winter time on October 25 by turning the clock back by one hour.

In accordance with a Cabinet of Ministers resolution issued on May 13, 1996, the clock is to be moved back by one hour at 04:00 on the last Sunday of October. The winter time is aimed at more efficient use of daylight and saving energy.
