EU leaders concerned over law on rise in social standards, says Ukraine's vice premier Brussels, October 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian Vice Premier Hryhoriy Nemyria has said that EU leaders have expressed concern over the law on a rise in social standards, which, in their opinion, jeopardizes the continuation of the International Monetary Fund's Stand-By program with Ukraine, as well as the possible provision of European Union macro-financial assistance to the country.
