Cabinet asking Rada to introduce 15% income tax for payers of fixed tax instead of market charge The Cabinet of Ministers has proposed that the parliament abolish the market charge and introduce a 15% income tax for individuals paying the fixed tax if their incomes exceeded UAH 119,000 (or 7,000 nontaxable minimum incomes of citizens) in the past 12 months. The Cabinet of Ministers made this proposal in the new version of its draft law No. 5233, which was registered in the parliament on October 22.
