Ukraine sees almost 1 percent inflation in October Ukraine had inflation of 0.9% in October 2009 and has seen inflation of 10.1% since the start of the year, the State Statistics Committee reported on Saturday. Producer prices grew by 1.9% in October and have risen by 12.7% since early 2009.
