Ukraine, Russia to discuss rise in Russian oil shipments, transit supplies Ukraine and Russia have agreed to hold consultations to boost Russian oil shipments to Ukrainian oil refineries and transit supplies to Europe, the Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Ministry's press service reported on Tuesday.
