WKYC TV: FBI seeking Ukrainians who bought illegal IDs Hundreds of Ukrainian immigrants in America who fraudulently obtained Ohio drivers licenses in Parma are being encouraged to contact the FBI before agents come after them. The warning came from Frank Figliuzzi, Special Agent in Charge of the Cleveland office of the FBI, after he announced the breakup of an alleged international Ukrainian criminal organization that stretched from Parma to Kyiv. Fraudulent entry visas to the United States were obtained from the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, allegedly through the help Ukrainian national employees at the embassy.
