Tymoshenko pledges to revamp ailing hospitals by 2012 Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has pledged to revamp Ukraine's ailing hospitals and health system within two years.

Tymoshenko said this while meeting with medical staff of the Chernihiv regional oncologic dispensary.
