Trend News Agency: GUAM Parliamentary Assembly to observe presidential elections in Ukraine The GUAM Parliamentary Assembly members will participate in the presidential elections as observers. The elections will be held in Ukraine on Jan.17. This decision was made on the fourth GUAM PA Congress in Tbilisi on Nov. 9.
