Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Kostyantyn Gryshchenko’s recent response to the opinion article of five European Union foreign ministers was a paradigm reminiscent of Soviet diplomacy, led from 1957 to 1985 by Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko.
