Hr 100 billion are annually necessary in Ukraine for holding the spring-autumn sowing (U.S. dollars1/Hr7.97).
President of the Ukrainian Grain Association Volodymyr Klymenko has said: "Each year in Ukraine, Hr 100 billion is necessary for spring-autumn sowing. This amount is necessary for us for development of grain production at the minimum," the expert said.
