Ukrainian businessman and president of the Ukrainian Dynamo (Kyiv) FC Ihor Surkis has concentrated the 50-percent stake in the Alstrom Busines Ñorp. (British Virgin Islands), which will become the owner of the 49-percent stake in the 1+1 Studio group, which owns 1+1 Studio, 1+1 International, Kino and TET TV channels, Surkis told the Delo newspaper.

He said that he together with Ukrainian businessman and co-owner of Pryvatbank Ihor Kolomoiskyi owns Alstrom Busines.


As of early 2009, Surkis owned the 100% stake in the TET TV Channel, but in middle of the year, Kolomoiskyi bought out the 50-percent stake in the channel.


«Later, we received the offer of the ÑÌÅ company [Central European Media Enterprises Ltd] to unite as a pool, we Ihor Kolomoiskyi and I would own 49%, and the company - 51%. We are in the supervisory board," Surkis said.


Asit wasearlier reported, theCentral European Media Enterprisesagreed with Kolomoiskyi on the sale of 49-percent stake in the Ukrainian assets to him by October. Kolomoiskyi should invest $100 million into the development of these assets.
