The candidates must have a specialized higher education and not less than five years of work experience in leadership positions in the maritime sector. Ukrainian transport and Communications Ministry has announced competitions to select the heads of the state-run enterprises Skadovsk Maritime Merchant Port (Kherson region) and the Administration of River Ports.

According to the ministry's press service, the candidates have to submit all of the necessary documents by Mar. 2, 2010.
