Steel Guru: Ukrainian iron ore imports, exports rise in two months
Ukrainian mining companies exported 2.333 million of iron ore, including 944,600 tonnes of iron ore concentrate, 806,800 tonnes of pellets, 434,000 tonnes of sintered ore and 147,600 tonnes of agglomerate in February.

According to data issued by the Ukrainian Association of Ore-dressing Enterprises, in the first two months of this year the Ukrainian steelmakers increased their imports of iron ore by 2.3 times to 613,600 tonnes while the Ukrainian mining companies raised their iron ore exports by 73% to 5.025 million tonnes both compared to the same period last year.
