Platts: Ukraine targets energy, transit fees in talks with with Russia

President Viktor Yanukovych has instructed the government to seek not only lower Russian gas prices, but also higher tariffs for shipment
of Russian gas to Europe, a senior official said late Wednesday. Serhiy Liovochkin, the chief of staff at the Yanukovych administration,
said talks were needed to renegotiate the 10-year gas agreement. Read the story here.
