Ukraine's cabinet has picked Turkey's Dogus Insaat to be the chief contractor for Terminal D at Boryspil airport. The Ukrainian government has set equal terms for agreeing with Ukrainian and foreign constructors and materials suppliers on building Terminal D at Kyiv's Boryspil International Airport.

The decision is stipulated in cabinet resolution No. 1760 of September 2, which cancels resolution No. 623 of May 27, 2009.

The State Aviation Administration told Interfax-Ukraine that earlier the term for agreeing with Ukrainian companies was five working days, and up to 14 working days for foreign companies, while agreements with chief constructors foresees equal terms for all companies – 14 days.

"Earlier, domestic companies received the required documents only on the second day and in several days they were to quickly react to them, while foreign constructors could prepare their response over 14 days," the administration said.
