Payments of National JSC Naftogaz Ukrainy under a claim of RosUkrEnergo if it were declared legal by Ukrainian courts, is to not worsen the national budget in Ukraine, according to International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn.
"I’d call the government to settle the problem without cash payments," he said at the seventh annual meeting in Yalta.
