Re-privatization of the OJSC ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih is not on the agenda, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has said.
"In my opinion, this issue (concerning the situation with ArcelorMittal) will not go any further. Anyway, yesterday I told President Nicolas Sarkozy, that this issue was unlikely to go to court and there would be no question of re-privatization or breaking the agreement on the mill’s privatization," Yanukovych said during a meeting with political and academic circles of France in Paris on Friday.
