You're reading: Domino’s pizzeria chain opens first establishment in Ukraine

The Domino's pizza chain, established in the United States, on Oct. 15, 2010 opened a Domino’s Pizza pizzeria for 34 seats in Kyiv, which became the first pizzeria of the chain in Ukraine, according to a press release of Domino's Pizza Ukraine Ltd. (Kyiv).

The company did not disclose investment in the pizzeria and the chain development in Ukraine.

According to the company, the pizzeria delivers pizzas to apartments and offices in the Podil district. Pizzas and other meals have average prices, the time of pizza delivery corresponds to Domino’s standards and is 30 minutes.

"Domino’s Pizza Ukraine is planning to open several pizzerias in Ukraine in the nearest five years," the press release reads.

Another two Domino’s Pizza pizzerias will be opened in Kyiv by the end of 2010.

The Domino’s pizzeria chain was established in the United States in 1960 and unites over 9,000 franchising and own establishments in the United States and on more than 60 foreign markets.
