Companies of Russia's Black Sea Navy located in Ukraine have started paying debts to the Ukrainian budget and wages to their employees, a group of information provision of the Black Sea Navy told Interfax-AVN on Saturday.
"In line with decisions of the Russian Defense Minister and Black Sea Navy Commander-in-Chief, a gradual payment of tax and budget debts of some companies and wage debts to employees has been started," the source said.
