The Ukrainian city of Izmail, on the Danube River, may get a grains export complex, UkrAgroConsult said, citing the city’s council. The project will consist of a “complex for storage and handling of grains and oilseeds,” the Kiev-based researcher said today in an e-mailed statement. Read more.
