Ukraine media group United Media Holding (UMH) eyes a listing in Warsaw or London in order to boost trade in its shares, the company's spokesman said on Friday.
The holding, which has issued global depository receipts in 2008 worth $45 million and traded in Frankfurt, is more likely to list in 2012-2013, but this year is also possible, Daniel Vakhovskiy told Reuters.
"We are considering both London and Warsaw. We are in a middle of consultations with our advisors on the issue," Vakhovskiy told Reuters. Sources earlier told Reuters the company may issue new shares or sell the existing ones.
