Ukrainian businessman Dmytro Firtash has announced the acquisition of JSC Severodonetsk Azot amalgamation in Luhansk region.
Answering at a press conference in Kharkiv a question from journalists whether he acquired the company, he said: "I have already bought it."
He did not specify the sum of the deal.
Yet, he said about 70% of the paid funds were his own, and about 30% were bank loans.
