Zhanna Kobylinska was appointed public relations manager for the www.ukrainecityguide.com Internet portal, which was created to support the development of tourism in Ukraine and is owned by a non-governmental organization called Trust Development Ukraine.
Prior to the appointment, Kobylinska worked for 10 years at the SBU state security service of Ukraine and for two years as press secretary for the Kyiv-based Embassy of God Church.
Kobylinska, who will continue working as a spokesperson for the church, is a graduate of the National Academy of State Security Service.
