Nov 6, 2009 at 15:57Oleksandr Makarov joined Phoenix Capital, an investment bank based in Kyiv, as a senior analyst.
In his new role, Makarov will analyze the tendencies of the mining and smelting industries.
Prior to joining Phoenix Capital, Makarov worked as chief of the investment consulting department at Atlanta Capital.
Makarov graduated from Donetsk National Technical University with a degree in economic theory.
