Nov 6, 2009 at 15:58Natalia Gudyma was elected president of Ukraine’s League of Insurance Companies, a non-profit union representing the insurance business which was founded in 1992 and currently represents 86 companies.
Gudyma has 11 years of experience on the insurance market. She has served as general director of the league from 2000 through this October.
Gudyma is a member of a working group within parliament’s finance and banking committee. She has co-authored Ukrainian legislation on insurance.
A Top 100 rating produced by Focus magazine in 2006 included Gudyma as one of Ukraine’s influential women.
Gudyma graduated from the Ukrainian University of Food Technologies with a degree in economics.
