Nov 12, 2009 at 21:13Sergiy Krasnokutskiy was appointed deputy economic minister within Ukraine’s government.
Krasnokutskiy has a long history of working in government. Most recently, he worked as first deputy chairman of Ukraine’s State Committee of Material Reserves. From 2004 through 2006, he worked in the organized crime fighting department within the country’s Interior Ministry. Later, in 2007, he headed the security service within Ukraine’s Emergency Situations Ministry. Krasnokutskiy graduated from Ukraine’s National Interior Affairs Ministry University, the country’s top educational institution for law enforcement officials. He holds a Ph.D. in law and an honorary economics degree.
