Nov 12, 2009 at 21:16Natalia Vilyavina has joined the Kyiv office of B.C. Toms & Co law firm as an associate.
Her main responsibility within the company is banking and finance. Prior to joining B.C. Toms & Co, Vilyavina worked as an associate in the foreign banking and finance department of another law firm. Vilyavina holds a master’s of law degree from the School of Law at the University of San Diego, and a master’s from the Law Faculty of Oxford University.
In Ukraine, Vilyavina graduated with honors from the Kharkiv-based National Law Academy of Ukraine. Vilyavina is a Member of the New York State Bar and the Ukrainian-American Bar Association. She speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English.
